Each meeting begins with a short somatic exercise for optimal nervous system regulation. This could be a meditation, breathwork practice, or some trauma-informed yoga poses. The exercises will vary from meeting to meeting. After the somatic exercise, we’ll go around and everyone will share what’s new and good in their lives. Then I’ll share a little bit on the monthly theme, and we’ll open it up to structured discussion. Everyone will have the opportunity to share, ask for support, and receive coaching targeted to their specific challenges. At the end of the meeting, we’ll close with another somatic exercise.
